All sales are final, but if your order arrives with actual flaws (like damage) or the design is clearly wrong compared to your approved mockup, we’ve got you. Just send a photo and let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Heads-up: slight color differences between your screen and the final print don’t count as defects.
Shoot us an email with your order number and what’s going on. Don’t forget the photo!
Once we get your item back, we’ll take a look and let you know if your refund is approved or not.
