Our standard production time is 15 business days. That gives us enough time to print, pack, and ship your stack without cutting corners. We’ll always show you an estimated delivery date at checkout, but heads up: delays can happen if garments are out of stock or if we hit a rare bottleneck.
We take the suspects: credit cards. Depending on your location and device, some options might show up and others won’t, but we make it easy either way.
All orders are paid upfront so once you check out, we get moving. Prices are shown in USD unless we say otherwise. No fine print. No weird fees.
Once your shirts are printed, we ship fast. Most orders hit the road in 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order leaves the shop.
U.S. orders? Shipping’s free. Everywhere else? You’ll see exact rates at checkout. If we ever need to change this policy down the road, we’ll make it clear and upfront.
We do ship globally, but customs, duties, and delays? Those are out of our hands. If your package is held up at the border, we’ll do what we can to help, but ultimately, it’s between you and your country’s import system.
All sales are final. That said, if your stack shows up damaged or if the design looks completely different than what you approved, we’ll make it right. You’ve got 48 hours after delivery to let us know, and we’ll need photo proof to investigate. Little stuff like “the grey looks different in person” doesn’t count, but legit problems? We’ve got you.
You upload it, we print it. That means you’re responsible for the design being high-res and print-ready. We accept EPS, AI, PSD, and PDF files (300 DPI is your best friend). If your artwork’s blurry, pixelated, or not prepped right, it’s gonna show in the print and we can’t fix that on our end.
You keep full rights to your artwork. We won’t use your design for anything else, and we’re not claiming ownership. Just make sure the art you upload is yours to use ‘cause if someone comes after you for copyright infringement, that’s on you.
Once you place an order and pay, it’s locked. No size swaps, no artwork tweaks, no “wait, I meant navy.” Please double-check everything before you hit submit.
Changed your mind? You’ve got 24 hours after ordering to cancel, as long as production hasn’t started. After that, it’s already rolling. If you’re not sure, hit us up fast and we’ll see what we can do.
We don’t promise perfection, just great shirts done right. We’re not liable for what happens once the gear is out in the wild. If it’s on your back, in your wash, or halfway to a trade show, it’s your responsibility now.
We’re based in West Virginia, so all this legal stuff falls under West Virginia law.
We trust you to give us the right info: sizes, shipping address, file uploads, all of it. If anything’s fishy, incomplete, or just doesn’t check out, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Fat Stack accepts major credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and the device used to complete your purchase.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. No order will proceed to production without confirmed receipt of payment. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once production is complete, standard shipping typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided to the customer upon dispatch. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier performance.
Domestic shipping within the United States is provided free of charge. For all other destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Fat Stack reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
International shipping is available; however, additional duties, fees, or customs processing times may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fat Stack is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers once the shipment has left our facility.
All sales are considered final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
(a) garments are materially defective or damaged upon receipt, or
(b) the design printed is demonstrably inconsistent with the final approved mockup.
Customers must notify Fat Stack of any qualifying issues within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe may result in denial of return eligibility.
Customers are solely responsible for uploading high-resolution, print-ready artwork. Accepted formats include EPS, AI, PSD, and PDF (300 DPI minimum). Fat Stack is not liable for print quality issues arising from substandard or improperly formatted artwork provided by the customer.
Customers affirm and warrant that they hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and reproduce any artwork uploaded through the Fat Stack platform. All uploaded artwork remains the intellectual property of the customer. Fat Stack does not claim ownership of any user-submitted content. Fat Stack shall not be held responsible for any intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use claims arising from customer-submitted artwork.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, no modifications to product selection, artwork, sizes, or shipping details will be accepted. Customers are advised to thoroughly review all order details prior to submission.
Orders may only be canceled within a 24-hour window following order confirmation, provided that production has not yet commenced. Requests to cancel outside this window will not be honored unless under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Fat Stack.
All products and services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Fat Stack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any products or services offered.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information throughout the ordering process. Fat Stack reserves the right to cancel or deny service in the event of fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information.
